Our staff of experienced machinists are proficient in the demanding art and precise science of machining fluoropolymers and other high performance thermoplastics, and we give them the best tools to achieve consistent excellence.

Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) stations define and verify precision cutting programs according to a component's engineering blueprint. The cutting programs are sent to networked CNC stations—such as our CMS, 6-axis, twin-spindle load/unload systems and high-speed, 2-axis CNC turning centers, 4 and 5-axis milling centers—to ensure seamless execution and accuracy throughout the process.

Utilizing our complete fabrication facilities, our expert machinists fabricate a wide spectrum of parts, from simple gaskets and bearings, to the most complex geometric shapes, all to precise tolerances.

Our fully automated machining operations mean optimal cycle times and dimensional consistency for your product. Rigorous quality inspections throughout the process help ensure exact conformance to your specifications.

Finally, we ship more than two-thirds of our volume "just in time", to most efficiently satisfy our customers' production requirements.
