Third Generation of 'Hollands' Takes Its Place at Jade
Three members of a third generation of the Holland family have now taken their place in the operations and management of Jade Engineered Plastics.
Brian Holland, production and inventory control manager, is approaching four years on the job. Brian works closely with General Manager Tony Rainone in his primary capacity, as well as on various projects in the IT department and Purchasing.
Matt Holland is coming up on his second year anniversary with Jade. As purchasing manager, Matt works closely with Tony Rainone and Brian Holland on production and inventory control matters. Matt also led the project team in the development of the re-designed Jade website.
With nearly one year at Jade, Chris Holland works as a production apprentice, rotating through the various manufacturing departments as he acquires an overview of the operations on the shop floor.
In 1976, Jade Engineered Plastics was founded by machinist and mechanical engineer Jack Holland, father of the current President Steve Holland and Vice President Lee Holland, and grandfather of Brian, Matt and Chris.
