Jade Engineered Plastics to be honored by the East Bay Chamber of Commerce with Excellence in Business award

Founded in 1976 Jade is now celebrating 45 years as a family owned and operated third generation manufacturing business here in the East Bay. From founder Jack Holland humble beginnings in Bristol to their new 65,000 square foot state of the art location in Warren they continue to grow and prosper. Son’s President Steve and VP Lee now run the business. Moving only four miles from their original location has allowed them to keep their valued skilled workforce. They are currently adding new local talent and state of the art equipment to serve their national customer base. A longtime Chamber member and one of the original members of our CEO Manufacturer Round Table Group they see the benefit of supporting the community since their very beginnings. Spending several million dollars to buy and retrofit a large building then relocate and set up during Covid was a huge challenge that they faced and came through. I’ve had the good fortune of getting to know Steve and his business up close over the past six years through our CEO program. They are committed to the East Bay. For those reasons I nominate Jade Engineered Plastics for this year’s Excellence in Business Award.
